City and federal police tore down a makeshift, wooden community center erected by Occupy DC protestors in McPherson Square on Sunday. The protestors were given a deadline to disassemble the shelter, but failed to do so, resulting in 16 arrests.
Congressional Democrats head to Alabama to push for immigration law repeal
